I was recently rear ended that left my car totaled so I badly needed a new car. Seth was my sales person and I couldn’t have been more thankful. Trying to car shop can be tough as it is, never mind when you have little children too. So the constant trying to make time, switch car seat from one test drive to another and praying the toddler doesn’t have a tantrum is stressful enough but for the first time ever buying a car(and I’ve gone through this process 6 times now)-I’ve been rear ended 3 times. Anyways, for the first time ever car shopping, it was a BREEZE! I didn’t stress, I didn’t feel pressured, I didn’t feel rushed, I didn’t feel ignored, I was completely taken care of and respected by Seth. He was so patient, kind, understanding but also fast moving because he absolutely understood what it meant to car shop with tiny humans. I really really can’t thank Seth enough.

Betley sold me a car with a known issue in the navigation system. This issue was not communicated to me when I bought the car. The screen pixilates, goes black and the rear camera comes on while driving forward. There is no fix for this issues and the dealership was rude and condescending when I called about it.

While driving up north in New Hampshire. I got a service engine light on my 2021 GMC Canyon. I dropped the car off without an appointment and Brad in service was very helpful in resolving the issue. Car was ready the next day! I give the people at Berlin GMC two Thumbs up. They were very helpful and courteous! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I've heard and read various reviews about Miller Auto and I would have to say my experience so far has been good. I was having issues with my old car (it was pretty much a lemon) and I told them there was only so much I could afford. They worked with me to find a newer, reliable car with monthly payments in the range I had set for them. I also appreciated the candor of the salesmen when it came to the price of my new car and what I would have to pay monthly. The process was done in a timely manner and I was so glad that they willingly took my old car as a trade in. The salesmen were friendly, helpful, and stayed after hours to ensure I had a car to get home with. All in all, I've had a better experience with Miller Auto than other car dealerships and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next car.
