If I can give 10 stars I would!!! I can’t thank the team at Nissan Carson City enough! I had been planning to get another car within the year, but when my current vehicle became too expensive to fix, I had to move sooner. After dealing with three other dealerships in town—and even going to one with my husband and son where we had a very poor experience—I reached out on a Sunday and was immediately contacted by Carlos Escobedo-Ramirez, Client Advisor. Carlos went to work right away on my approval that same day and kept in close touch. By Monday, I received the great news—I was approved! The best part? I did all of this without ever stepping foot into the dealership first, because I refused to drive 40 minutes only to leave empty-handed. That evening, my husband and I went together to pick up the car, and to our surprise, it was the shortest and smoothest dealership visit we’ve ever had. Even though we arrived right at closing time, Carlos, Ron Wells, General Sales Manager, and Tito Paiz, Finance Director, stayed late and patiently worked with us. Despite my challenging credit and limited down payment, they got me into a vehicle with the same loaded features other dealerships were offering—but with a lower payment and down payment. Carlos was especially wonderful to work with—very pleasant, easy to talk to, and he made sure we felt comfortable asking any questions. It may not have been the exact car I had my eye on, but it was definitely the right deal for me. If you’re looking for a dealership that will treat you like a person and not just a number, this is the place to go. I’ll absolutely be back when it’s time for my next car.
