I. did not know shurtle services were available, as it was never brought to my attention. However, upon noticing a sign for services I asked and received. I was grateful for the shuttle which was great perk to services. The shuttle drivers were expect ion ally kind.!!!

I want to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service I received from Sammie. From the beginning, he was helpful, attentive, and really took the time to understand my needs. He worked with me on pricing and communicated clearly every step of the way. Sammie’s professionalism and respectful approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He definitely deserves a five-star rating. On the other hand, my experience with Chris was disappointing. Communication was poor, and instead of taking time to explain things or understand my concerns, he became loud and dismissive. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable—especially when dealing with customers’ time and money. Clear, respectful communication is key, and unfortunately, that was missing in my interaction with Chris. Thanks to Sammie for turning the situation around and showing what true customer service looks like.
