Good service. V is always a great Service Advisor, so we praise him. It seems the Lexus dealership is not the luxury spot it used to be. Service repairs are more expensive, and the customer waiting area is not special like it used to be. Whatever happened to the classy luxury Lexus name?? More like visiting Walmart. No flair!
