First experience. Service was good. I do not know the average service time for the basic service but ours was about three hours which seemed slow. The service representative was very good, friendly and kept us informed. No real complaints. We have to drive two hours to get to the dealership and had planned on shopping after the service was completed. We will know better the next time. Again, quite satisfied.
