As a discerning buyer, my expectations for a luxury vehicle purchase extended beyond the car itself. I envisioned a seamless and personalized experience that reflected the investment I was making. Unfortunately, my experience with Corwin GMC Reno fell short of this ideal.
While the initial purchase of my 2024 GMC Terrain AT4 was promising, the delivery process was disappointing. Contrary to our agreement for flatbed transport from Reno, NV, to Los Angeles, CA, the vehicle arrived with nearly 500 miles, driven rather than transported as promised.
Corwin initially offered a solution for the excess mileage but ultimately handled the situation in a manner that contradicted our initial understanding. This unexpected change, coupled with a lack of clear communication, left me feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer.
Although the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I believe this experience highlights an opportunity for Corwin GMC Reno to improve its customer service and elevate the car buying journey. A luxury purchase deserves a luxury experience, one marked by transparency, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
