Not only was my buying experience amazing . I came in today for my complimentary oil change and that was just as amazing . Dalene was waiting for me when I pulled in , she was so nice . Also the BEST part was when Dalene went over the inspection of my vehicle from top to bottom they didn’t insist on any unnecessary add-ons just for me to spend money! That also means they clearly did sell me a good vehicle in the first place . That is definitely hard to find these days ! They are most CERTAINLY a top notch dealership from sales to service !!

Called the company first and spoke with a sales professional named Jessica who was excellent over the phone - but they didn't have the vehicle I wanted. It's June 2021... so we're in the middle of C19 shortages for everything in the world... including people (labor) and cars. Over the next couple months I worked with Jessica, Robert, Casey (Maintenance), Albert, and even Mr. Gallagher himself... and they all bent over backwards to both help me, and make sure I ultimately ended up with what I wanted. I have purchased hundreds of cars over the years - usually cash, I rarely finance, and I can write I was extremely surprised to find this type of service in Elko, NV. This is easily the best service I have ever received from a car dealership - ever.

I shoped around all over from California, Arizona, Reno and Las Vegas, NV. I never was offered the type of deal I got from the Lee family dealer ship in this small little hicka billy town where the girls are as mean looking as the old miners in the 1920's. I dealt with a young good looking gentelman by the name of Kraig Lee. I told him if he could get me a certain colo truck on the options. He did a locater and had me what I was looking for the next day. I could not believe that a dealer ship would go the extra 300 miles to make me a better deal than the 5 Ford dealerships I had visited. With service like this I hop to deal with these honest hard working Lee boys on my next purcahse.
