We purchased an as-is used vehicle for a low price from this dealership. Two separate mechanic employees told us the vehicle had gone through an inspection, and was fine, mechanically. The car, however, did not survive even the short drive to our home. When the car was returned to the dealership for satisfaction, the manager, Jim, verbally berated us, and threatened to sue us, even though we were lied to about the vehicle's mechanical soundness from the beginning.

Not Drew, he listened and assisted. He gave me the facts about the vehicle that I liked. He knew his cars and where they came from. He worked with me on a price. I could make my decision and be on my way. I bought my car that day. I would definitely go back and work with Drew again!

bought used vehichle and have nothing but problems and dumping money into it. After 3 days of having it I found out that converter was bad flex pipe was bad n had oil in the power steering. Took it back to MMC n told them. They gave me a loaner vehichle n said they would fix the problems. They took my vehichle to their Madison Iowa shop. 19 days later u got my vehichle back n the only thing done was the flex pipe. Very disappointed and frustrated. Spending thousands of dollars and they couldn't even fix my vehichle. Even after having it for 19 days. Also Sales guy bought my trade in. Told me that within a few months I could buy it back. But now I see it driving around town with a female driving it. I really regretted trading my car in and cried when I did. Really believed and trusted this guy. But all he and they did was lie to me. I purchased my first "new" car from O'Daniel in 1990 and drove that Civic for 10 years, so I already knew about the high level of service and customer attention this dealership offers. So, when it came time to purchase again, I didn't consider any other dealership. Tom Dukich hooked me up with Mr. Freemyer, "Bob", who shares my love of good coffee. I showed up at the dealership after an auto accident totaled my car. I was sore, I was stressed and felt under the gun with an insurance company to find another car. I was already sold on Honda AND this dealership from my previous experience and my brother-in-law's recent Honda purchases from Tom. But, Bob walked me through the process, and got me up and running, and back on wheels. I recently visited O'Daniel for my first oil change, and the folks in the Service Dept. were a lot of fun. They helped me retrieve my Honda Coupon on my iphone since I forgot it at home. While the car was being worked on Bob sat with me to ask about my Honda experience so far, and he answered questions I had about the Honda Insight; quite possibly my next car. Joe, in the service dept. explained what he had done, when the car will be due back, and he reset the service message on the dash. I was in and out in no time, and they were ready for me at my scheduled time. Thank you.

I bought an old truck from Great Plains and they went out of their way to make me feel like I was buying a $65K pickup! The price was good and the service was great, kind of "old school" where a handshake actually means something. I talked to Tony on the phone many times and he sent me pics and things were better than described, how often does that happen!
