We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!

Ok first off, the inside of the dealership is really beautiful. They said it was an old Saturn dealership and you can definitely tell. They offered me water or coke, explained my financing options, and let me test drive a couple cars. They are very low pressure. Day of the sale was very fast, finished financing with Centris CU, signed the paperwork at the dealership. The whole process was amazing. The only thing I didn't like is that I had to wait 2 weeks to register the car, because they had to send the title to the bank first. Overall good experience and I like that the sales guy is not pushy at all. He said, "Have a great day and let me know what you decide to do." I never had anyone texting or calling me to spam.

We went to look at a Ford Expedition that had just came in. We dealt with Louis. He was great. Very Knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. We ended up buying the unit even knowing that it still needed to go thru the shop. The did the work to the vehicle and were hoping to get it before Christmas but thigs happen and one of the parts did not show up on time, no biggie, so Louis offered to pay for a rental car for us. Once our car was finished they even delivered it to my work here in Omaha. Also there was some titling issues with the car since it was traded in from another state. They took care of everything on the title and even offered to pay if we had any late fees at the dmv. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with new parts they put on and the title. Great place to buy a car from. When I'm ready to upgrade again I will defiantly be giving them a call

Village pointe Toyota is the place to be! I don’t even know where to begin Lane and Zach took care of us right away at the dealership! From the minute of walking around the vehicle to the test drive our salesman was so respectful saying yes sir and no ma’am the whole time. I kept asking him to stop saying that sir bur when he explained that he was a military man I knew right from the start we had a good one. It takes a lot to serve your country for people who may not care that you do so. He delivered the car to our house and my wife and I feel like we adopted a son while simultaneously buying a car. I’m so grateful for everything you guys did and I will be be telling everyone that you need to go to village Pointe Toyota and ask for Lane and Zach!! Keep up the great work you guys I can’t imagine a better place to buy a vehicle.
