I can't say enough about your Manager Ryan who went above and beyond to get what I thought was an issue with my dashboard information. answered and resolved quickly and efficiently. It turned out not to be a problem at all but only a "user error" and my lack of understanding how to maneuver/interpret the dashboard. He couldn't have been more responsive and kind in how he handled it all! This is the second car I have purchased from the Lexus dealership and my first new Lexus. I will always come back to this delaership !

Dealership in Lincoln was nice and very clean. Everyone worked well together and we’re very pleasant I look forward to coming in and having a Starbucks coffee sometime. The best was Bret my salesman. He wasn’t pushy and knew his job well. Very personable and pleasant. He had some floormats that would fit my car so he gave them to me. Very nice of him. All and all the process was quite painless. Kennedy an assistant was a little go getter. It was very cold out and she wanted to install new mats. Then got a 12’ ladder out of the garage;man handled that all by herself. I’m pretty impressed with the entire staff!

I would highly suggest purchasing your next vehicle from Gretna Auto. Very friendly and helpful staff as well as employees taking good care of the vehicles. The environment is also great with a place for kids to play while you work on your purchase. Ask for Ruthy when you are asked if your working with anyone! She is a great saleswoman without the feeling of being pressured into a purchase. I plan on purchasing another vehicle from here in the future.

She made sure to listen to what I had to say and made sure the correct tow company was used to get my car to the service department. Ensuring that the correct people will be available to work on my car. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the difficulty of helping customers and making sure things are handled efficiently and professionally. Bev did both of those things above 5-star ratings. I highly recommend her to anyone needing Cadillac service. He went all out to get me back home in Kansas City, MO. and upon completion, contact me, came and picked me up from the Greyhound Bus station prior to the Service Department opening up!!!... It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!
