I wanted to give a shout out to Melinda Dorste in the parts department. She went above and beyond what she had to do to locate an old obsolete part that apparently they did have in stock. She even took the time to look and call me back other dealers I’ve called. They said they’d look, but they’ve never called back and let me know one way the other. My first experience with her has been exceptional.

i cant say enough good things about this dealership !!!!Let me start by praising my salesperson, Sarahi Barrios. She was absolutely phenomenal! She was the most polite and professional salesperson I’ve ever encountered, and that’s saying something since we buy a new car every three years. If she’s still there in three years, I’ll definitely be returning to buy another new Honda from her! Her communication skills were exceptional. She stayed in touch with me from the moment we arrived to pick up our car and even gave us a care package. I’ve never had that done in all my years of buying new cars. She then came out and went over every inch of the car with us, explaining how to set it up and how we wanted it set up. She ensured that we had no problems or questions navigating around the car. It was incredibly impressive, even better than my experience with Superior Honda in Omaha, Nebraska, which was probably my worst ever experience. I have nothing good to say about them, and I would never buy another automobile from them. On the other hand, I can’t recommend Sarahi Barrios enough if you want a salesperson who truly goes above and beyond. She was that good, and the finance manager was also very pleasant !!

Purchase a new Truck during a pandemic - Mark in Plattsmouth NE

While a new truck was not a must have during a global pandemic, I had already planned on purchasing one and wanted to support local Plattsmouth businesses working through these crazy times. The Gregg Young team was a pleasure to work with and Bill Merrill provided us with a great deal for my new diesel RAM 1500. The process was careful to make this easy and comply with the social distancing guidelines – nearly everything was done on the phone or through email. They even offered to deliver the truck to my house and finish the paperwork on the tailgate. I did make a trip to the dealer to see and test drive the truck, and they fully supported my use of gloves, wiped down surfaces and practiced distancing. Like most dealers, they offered several additional options, but when I opted out there was no pressure. I love my new truck and I encourage everyone thinking of buying a Chevy, Dodge or Ram, to support our local dealer first.

In less than 24 hours from our first contact with the dealership, we were driving away with our new vehicle - and we live 5 hours away! Blake was super great through the whole process and went above and beyond to accommodate us! They have very fair pricing on both their vehicles and warranties. Today my wife and I came in trying to find a truck that we would both like. John Brommer greeted us with a warm welcome and we started to talk about what we were both looking for. We honestly felt so relaxed and comfortable talking to him because he listened to us and took the time to look up trucks that were available. The one that we liked was not in the dealership, so we felt down for a little bit, he started making phone calls and sending text and next thing we know the truck was being parked outside for us. We are sincerely grateful for John and all the hard work he did to get us the truck we really wanted. Unfortunately, we have had previous experiences elsewhere, where we've felt pressured and seemed like they only wanted to make a sale and not consider our personal interest. We are so happy about the experience we had today, and we feel confident in the purchase we made today. We will definitely recommend our friends and family over to John. He is truly an honest, kind, and professional person.

Poor customer service - Firebock

They will sell you the wrong parts, they then won’t take a return of said wrong part. Customer service is poor and gets argumentative with the customer. Save yourself the headache drive somewhere else or order online.

I bought an old truck from Great Plains and they went out of their way to make me feel like I was buying a $65K pickup! The price was good and the service was great, kind of "old school" where a handshake actually means something. I talked to Tony on the phone many times and he sent me pics and things were better than described, how often does that happen! If they treat you this good with an old truck I can't imagine how good it would be with a new one! I will be back. THANKS!
