My spouse and I visited Woodhouse Blair recently to view a vehicle listed in their online inventory and had the misfortune of dealing with sales representative Seth Williams. The entire interaction was incredibly unprofessional.When we asked about test-driving a vehicle from their system, he spoke down to us like children, pulling up the website and reading it aloud to us in a condescending manner—only for us to find out the inventory data wasn't even accurate. It took an unreasonable 45 minutes just to get a vehicle ready for a test drive.Throughout the process, he exhibited a highly arrogant and chauvinistic attitude, bragging about his tenure and family history while completely dismissing our budget. Instead of working with our target payment, he flatly rejected it and aggressively tried to upsell us on a vehicle we had no interest in. To make matters worse, during the test drive, he brought up inappropriate political views and actively downgraded my profession.We felt disrespected, insulted, and our time was completely wasted. We will not be returning to this dealership. More

On 25Jun22 we bought a new pickup from Siobhan Thompson, we were so pleased at the way she treated us and knew all the answers to our questions.
