I had an exceptional experience. Kristen was punctual and avaliable. She did everything a great Professional should. She awnsered all my questions. My time was very limited, she always had everything ready when I got there. The test drive, the dealer tag. Everything went smooth and I never had any surprise fees or anything at the end. I also got in and out of F and I in less than an hour from the time I got there. Very good experience. The Mercedes-Benz GLC AMG came with the car fax and service records. From someone who is in the retail business and a manager myself. This is the exception when it comes to car buying. I shopped about every spot in town before I made my purchase with Kristen. Thank you 5 stars all the way.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 2 days ago, I called this dealership to confirm availability on a truck they had listed for sale. I spoke to sales rep Jared Benson and confirmed it was available. We set up an appointment for this morning 7/12/26 to test drive the truck. I told him that my financing was all set and after the call, he texted me to confirm the appointment. I took the day off work and drove 3 hours for the meeting. It was then, I found out that they sent the truck off to auction and it wasn’t available. Not only that, but when I asked Jared if he remembers making an appointment, he said, “not to sound unprofessional, but I talk to a lot of people. “ Then he walked away to work on closing another sale with another couple. Not even an apology. I lost several hundred dollars by taking the day off and driving over there- just to be treated like trash! Stay away from this dealership and especially Jared Benson! I’ve never been treated with such a lack of consideration and decency.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer. Went in to see about purchase of a new car and since they didn't have any, they pushed used cars on me. Salesman and finance person did not know the advertised price of cars. It was in fact a little odd and kinda scary how they acted. I wouldn't set foot in that place again or any dealership under the Butte Auto dealerships. It was comparable only to a sales pitch from the carnival people at the fair. very poor. Avoid.

Best Ford Dealership I have ever been too. All employee were awesome. But particularly Nicole, the lady who was working the check in at the service desk. I was 10 hours from home on a trip to Helena when my truck broke down. Limped it into the dealership and talked with Nicole. Not only did she help me right away, she actually diagnosed the problem before they ran the diagnosis. She knew here stuff. This dealership was busy with appointments and still found a way to get me in. And they did it in half the time they told me it would take. Having Nicole up front and her mechanic knowledge, lets me know that the mechanics doing the work must really know their stuff. And they all showed that!!! Thank You for making my vacation to Helena Great!!!

When I leased my Tacoma from the dealership the staff was professional and courteous. They showed me all of the different options and had a great selection of vehicles. They even offered to go and get a vehicle from another dealership to get me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Toyota of Helena.
