When I first approached Bommarito, I was treated negatively by a middle aged man, Gary or Greg. He was dismissive of my questions and wanted to get me out of the door as quickly as possible. He told me to go to the website to have my questions answered. Questions being “what’s the difference between the XLE and the Limited? What’s the average gas mileage, what’s the price difference?”
I left, I did additional research online and I reached back out to the dealership and asked for a new sales associate to continue with my purchase. I was sent to Rachel who was compassionate, answered all of my questions in regard to the car, financing, down payments, trade in, warranties, and features available. We ordered a new Grand Highlander meeting my specifications and budget and she walked me through every step of the process of this new big life purchase for me and my family.
Once the car arrived she spent over an hour and walked me through setting up the car, all the buttons and features, and even answers post questions a couple days later when I was confused about a feature.
She has gone above and beyond just “selling a car” to make sure that I am comfortable and happy with my purchase. Rachel is absolutely everything a sales associate should be when purchasing a vehicle. Ask for her. Buy from her. We will go back to her, wherever she is, when we are ready for our next purchase because we know 100% we will be taken care of.
