I found a used car I was looking for on Twin city’s website but there wasn’t any pictures up yet due to the fact the car was still going through their used car check out. I simply sent an email asking for photos and more information they went out of their way to send me photos and gave me more information. The moment it was available to look be looked at I was notified immediately and long story short the process from test drive to driving it home was so quick and simple without any hassles.

They installed a micro v belt incorrectly. Causing damage to the belt and water pump housing. They offeed for me to bring it back but Why would I bring it back to them to redo it when they didn’t do it correct the first time. The belt could have broken and cause the engine to overheat. I just wanted my money back for a job incorrectly done. They would not refund it.

This is a really bad time to need to purchase a new vehicle, but I had gotten to the point of not having a choice. Juliana Gillotti, Sales and Leasing Specialist really was so patient and spent the time to work with me to allow me to find the exact vehicle I was wanting/needing. I really appreciate the time and effort she showed in assisting me in the purchase. She was friendly and made the experience actually fun! Great dealership! Friendly staff, excellent service! Worked with Coady, he was polite, professional and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Traveled in from out of state and were incredibly impressed. They even let us bring our old dog inside the dealership while we worked with Finance. Highly recommend Fletcher Toyota!!

11/26/24: Avoid this place, IMO. I went in for an oil change and was told 5 ppl ahead of me and i said i would wait in lobby. 5 hours later and left with no oil change. no updating, no nothing.

Take it to Straatmann. No service. Apparently no worries. We'll get to it at our convenience. . Where lunch breaks supersede any customer service. If you are in a hurry ,go to Reuchers. They seem to know as much as the Straatman people about Toyota's because they actually know vehicles,not just how to read sensor but listen to the engines rather than rely on their hourly rate to tell them the problem with a vehivle.
No oil put in car - Where did oil go
I had oil change after driving would not run no oil in engine. Burnt head gasket $2,200.00 to fix. No help from Toyota. Don't go near this dealer. Will not refund recall part.
