I waited for my vehicle and within 90 minutes got my vehicle back Washed and Vacuumed!! This was awesome. The waiting room was very nice, great snacks and coffee. While there I got to talk to the service manager Jeff Confer. Very classy guy and very experienced. We chatted and got to know his extensive back ground with Nissan. Very impressed with the high caliber people they employ! Thank you Jeff and Team for a great Experience!

I previously gave a one star rating regarding an engine replacement request that was denied. Once the General Manager reviewed my concern, he contacted the Service Advisor and concluded that they had processed the wrong Warranty Bulletin. The General Manager contacted me and told me that they made a mistake and that they would replace the defective engine free of charge and provided me with a new Kia Sorento as a Courtesy Car while the engine was being replaced. I am very happy with the way things turned out regarding my engine replacement.

Just wanted to share how pleased I am with both of the the service appointments that I experienced recently on my 2009 Toyota Corolla. Ron Wiggans was my service advisor for my first visit for regular maintenance and was great to work with. During my second visit Alfredo Bisig kept me informed on the timeframe of the timing gear replacement. I had wifi available and comfortable chairs with workspace to utilize while I waited. Everyone in the service department was great to work with and my car was repaired in a timely manner and at a much better price than quoted by other places.
