I had a very small window of time to get my necessary repairs completed. I had been out of town and was leaving again in just a few days. I had an appointment for Friday for diagnostic testing. I had a fuel system issue and needed it repaired quick. The staff at Laura Ford ordered the part needed on Friday and had it on hand Monday morning. My fuel system issue was fixed and they also replaced spark plugs and air filters and had me ready to go Monday afternoon. Thank you so much to the team at Laura Ford.

We have purchased three vehicles at Boland. Service has always been good. Only complaint on our last visit was the service writer. I told him the problem and made an appointment to fix it. Instead of fixing it, they diagnosed it and said I needed to make another appointment to fix it. Also, he was somewhat condescending toward us when he told us the price to fix it. I reminded him we had an extended warranty that would cover it. He said he didn’t think it would and hadn’t even checked. He ended up checking and it was covered. So I had to make another appointment and bring it back. He really doesn’t have a good bedside manner, and I would prefer to not deal with him again.

I went in for. service as my car was making a grinding noise. Sherry Ruff was amazing to deal with from the time I called and when I brought my car in. She had my car diagnosed in very little time. As I was going to trade it in anyway very soon, I chose not to have it repaired. While at the dealership, I went to sales and spoke with Terrance Echols (and Mike Robinson by phone). These men have been nothing short of amazing with my husband & I each time we have purchased from them. I highly recommend this dealership! Mike Robinson and all of his employees are so kind and knowledgeable. They are a pleasure to deal with!

Critters chewed up my wiring on my EV car. Fortunately, the light came on and I took it in to have it checked out. They found the chewed wiring and would not let me drive home. They provided a loaner car for me so I wasn't stranded. This occurred over Thanksgiving, so a lot of time was lost. Tom was excellent to work with, he communicated with me multiple times as we waited on the insurance adjuster then the parts. I knew my car was in good hands. I used to go to a different Chevrolet service department - I was not happy with them. I've been very happy with the service @ Landers and I've always worked with Tom.

I've owned a repair shop for 23 years and hear night mare stories of dealerships. My 2019 Ram 5.7 Hemi needed a heater core. Teresa put me in a new Charger for a loaner car. Truck is torn down, but part in stock was for the older model. My part is on back order from factory, shipping date is May 29th. I need my truck to haul a boat Memorial Day weekend. Teresa called rental companies, no truck, spoke with new and used car lot, against policy to haul. While I was there, Parts dept, Technician, an Teresa brain stormed together to come up with a solution. End result.... they took a heater core from a truck that is on their stock list, and put it in mine. 10* rating for service, communication, determination, team work. I pick my truck up today! Well done Team!
