I've owned a repair shop for 23 years and hear night mare stories of dealerships. My 2019 Ram 5.7 Hemi needed a heater core. Teresa put me in a new Charger for a loaner car. Truck is torn down, but part in stock was for the older model. My part is on back order from factory, shipping date is May 29th. I need my truck to haul a boat Memorial Day weekend. Teresa called rental companies, no truck, spoke with new and used car lot, against policy to haul. While I was there, Parts dept, Technician, an Teresa brain stormed together to come up with a solution. End result.... they took a heater core from a truck that is on their stock list, and put it in mine. 10* rating for service, communication, determination, team work. I pick my truck up today! Well done Team!

Been have issues with my Jeep Cherokee since I moved out here from Calif. I tired other fix it shops, but either came back with the same problem or new problem. I finally brought it to TriLakes motor. There I met Hunter the service rep. He has gone more than the extra mile each time I have had to have something fixed. Up front from the beginning about cost and how long it will take to fix it. I do not the mechanics name, but Hunter made sure I had the same person working on my jeep. I cannot say enough about him either. He too made sure that I was aware of what was wrong and how long it would take to fix it. I can't thank them enough.

I was very pleased with the auto body experience I had recently. I called American Family Insurance on Friday about 10 am after hitting a deer about 9:00 the previous evening. They contacted Pettijohn, who called me within 30 minutes to arrange towing my van to their service area. By 2:30 that afternoon, I received a call from Kayla with an estimate of the damage and asked if I wanted them to fix it. I said yes and she said that she could now order parts. She told me it would take about 9 days to complete repairs. I told her that I would need a loaner car because my husband had a doctor appointment in the city on Tuesday. She said that she would have a car ready by Monday and she did. We had a flat tire while driving and had it repaired. I called on the 8th day and Kayla said it was ready to pick up. We went to get our car and looked it over. It looked great! We went in and paid the bill and gave Kayla the bill for fixing the tire and she took it off of our total bill. We were very pleased with the fast service and friendly actions of Kayla and the service personnel.

This place is a complete rip off. Went to have diagnostic on 2016 Ram 1500 and have a tick sound checked. They found it was a lifter and said I needed a new engine. Price was 7500 for the engine and 5000 for labor = 12500 dollars to have a remanned engine put in. The dealership said they would give me 200 dollars to buy it or 200 dollars in a trade in on a garage kept vehicle. No rust anywhere. I will not be back. I called my mechanic and he said would put in the engine for 2500 and we could get a remanned engine for 4500. Do not recommend this dealership. After the change in ownership, this place it is not the place to buy anything. Not to mention when I picked up the truck, my bug guard was broken and the fire blanket on my hood was ripped. After research a "used" hood for this truck goes for 200 dollars. These people think we are stupid as consumers.

We originally bought our 2014 Dodge Ram at Olathe Dodge, we have regretted it ever since! Their service was HORRIBLE...RUDE...they sold us a truck w 14600 miles and then at 15000 miles we HAD TO HAVE A $480 repair....a fuel filter that needed replaced at 15000 whichwe were NOT aware of!...After bringing it to the attn of the service mgr he stated "too bad...it wasn't due and they're not cheap!?!??!!?" I refuse to go back...EVER! We had to have recall work done and some "extras" put on our truck, so we tried Platte City. This was the best decision we have ever made. This is our 7th Dodge Ram Diesel and Platte City parts/service dept offered the best, most courteous, and knowledgeable service rep's ever! I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is either looking to have something repaired, or buy! I cannot thank them enough for actually "caring" and taking the time to correct the issues that were out of their control. I HIGHLY recommend them and see much more business with them in the future!!!
