I had popped into Jim Trenary Ford to have the service department balance the wheels on my truck. I was expecting to have to make an appointment, but that was not the case. Instead, the Service Advisor, Jerry K, set the service order up, and I got the service completed within a short time. Jerry was pleasant, informative, and personable. The problem was resolved the first time, on time. Thank you, Jerry and Jim Trenary Ford, for the enjoyable experience. Yes, it is possible to have a pleasant experience when dealing with car maintenance. Jerry and the service department proved that to me. I will be back for future service and when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.
