I had a positive experience with this dealership, which I would rate as five stars. I found a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt LT sedan online, listed at a fair market price. The salesperson, Chance, was kind and professional. After a test drive, I was pleased with the vehicle's condition, considering its age and mileage. The engine had life left, transmission shifted smoothly, and brakes stopped the car without issue. However, there were some drawbacks, including a loud whining sound under the hood and wandering at highway speeds. The turn signal stalk needed repair, and the back windows didn't work. Despite these issues, I was happy with the price and negotiated a deal. The dealership addressed the issues and kept me updated on the maintenance. Overall, I was impressed with the dealership's service and would recommend them.

I found a truck I wanted and thought we were close to a deal. Then Shayna got involved. She was pushy, arrogant and condescending. I made the decision to not deal with her or the dealership. The customer service manager called me 2 weeks later to check if I was satisfied with the service. While I was telling him the issues, I could hear him having a conversation with another employee. He assured me that the general manager would get involved. I have never heard back. I do not recommend them on any level. Exceptionally poor professionalism.

I went to this dealership to look at 2 used cars for sale. One was already sold so Mac brought out a Ford Taurus. Took it for a test drive and as I started to accelerate the car started shaking very bad. I can"t believe they had this car for sale. Back at dealership, I informed Mac of problem with car. He said he wasn't aware of problem. I would stay away with this place!!!!
