I am extremely disappointed with Bommarito Cadillac’s service department. It takes far too long to get an appointment, and their lack of urgency when customers have warranty concerns is unacceptable. service department. My vehicle has developed a door latch system issue, and my factory warranty expires in just five days. I called immediately to schedule a service appointment, only to be told the earliest available appointment isn’t until August—well after my warranty expires. There was no attempt to accommodate the situation, no offer to work me in, and no solution provided. This level of customer service is frustrating, especially for a luxury brand. I previously owned a Mercedes-Benz and chose Cadillac this time because Mercedes wasn’t offering anything new that interested me. However, Mercedes consistently provided first-class service, and this experience has reminded me how much that matters. Service after the sale is just as important as the vehicle itself. Based on my experience with Bommarito Cadillac’s service department, I will seriously consider returning to Mercedes for my next vehicle. A luxury dealership should stand behind its customers, especially when a warranty issue is reported before the warranty expires. More
