I can not tell you enough how great of experiences I have had with this dealership. My wife and I both lease our trucks and jeeps from glendale. We have used the same salesman over and over. Steve Hemenway has made every purchase very easy and enjoyable. If you go online and do a loan application first, he will get you in and out. We were literally in the finance office for 10 minutes, because Steve made sure everything was done. We had a friend who also purchased a new vehicle the same night, unfortunately from another dealer, ave they told us they were at that dealership for over four hours, haggling back and forth and finally making it into the finance office. Thank you Steve for making the entire process so easy. I also would like to say that the service department is top tier as well. My truck had a computer issue with only 4800 miles. Service brought a loaner vehicle out to me and picked up my truck since I was unable to leave job at that time. I could not believe they were willing to do that for me.
