Steve Oliver and staff were my saving grace!!!! I live 43 miles away and made the mistake of going to a shop closer to my home back in July when my 2017 Escalade was making some engine noise. I ended up needing a new engine. Long story short, last Thursday I brought in completely messed up car because of this shop and couldn’t handle their excuses anymore. I brought it to Cadillac to see if they could diagnose and fix what this other shop had completely screwed up. Steve had real answers to me not even 24 hours after I brought it in!!!! We talked about what I wanted Cadillac to fix and what I should have fixed at the other shop because I had already invested thousands of dollars for them to completely screw up my car. He gave me an estimate if I wanted Cadillac to do all the work but honestly I need the other shop to make it right! He worked with my extended warranty to get them to cover a portion of the work that they did and had me in a loaner while they worked on my car. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else again!!! I was treated very well, they knew exactly what they were doing, and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I am not sure who the 2 other gentlemen are on either side of Steve in that temporary trailer they are in. Although, both of them were very helpful as well when I walked in and Steve was taking a phone call. Thank goodness for Cable Dahmer Cadillac Service!!!! Thank you Steve Oliver!!!
