I have been dealing with this company for quite some time now. I had the opportunity to experience the purchase of my first new vehicle in 2018 (2018 SILVERADO LTZ). Even after buying a new Sierra in 2023, I was elated to know I could still take my vehicle to them for my services. The staff has been nothing but nice and totally honest. But I did have one incident there and I'm sure it was a mistake. After an oil change on my 2023, the tech did not tighten up my oil filter and a puddle of oil was spilled on my drive way. This really could have been catastrophic. However, once I notified the service department, specifically speaking to Nick, he fixed the issue and awarded me a free oil change. Other than that, I am currently needing a repair for my coolant system in which I will be dropping my truck of soon. The downside to that is, I was informed they don't have any loaner vehicles.

What a terrific experience. My salesman Eddie Shorter blew every negative misconeception of a car salesman out of the water. He was pleasant,extremely knowledgeable,and he made our deal happen. He anticipated every issue we had as my Mom is a senior. He catered to her needs,ambulatory,comfort,and while doing our paperwork.I cannot say enough great things about him but to sum it all up He is a genuinely good man. Finance manager was terrific as well. It was quick,forthright,and experienced. He was a pleasant person that was supportive and explained everything well. Friendly staff. Always clean inside. Service manager attentive to your needs. One complaint. I have been having my truck serviced there since August 2021. Two times when I received my truck after being serviced the interior was very dirty on the drivers side. This last time was really unacceptable. The drivers door arm rest, console, steering wheel and drivers seat and head rest had a lot of dirt on all of it. It’s like the shop tech had dirt/dust all over his clothes. I did not talk to the service manager about this issue. He was very busy and I said I could just clean out myself. The shop hand needs to treat other peoples property with respect.

They were great till there was a problem. They sold me the Chevy cargo mats. I wanted to have them installed and they said it was really easy so I took them home when I got home. I lined everything up. Follow the directions exactly and found the two of the holes had metal behind them. I took them down to the dealership. They looked at it and agreed that the holes were not there that there was metal behind it. It was the right mat, but it didn’t fit. I was told to call customer support. I did explained everything to them. they said it was the dealers responsibility. I called the dealer. They said it was Chevy‘s responsibility. Chevy said it was the dealers responsibility after all of this back-and-forth. I still have holes in the back of my seats and a liner that does not fit. I spoke with a managers at Turan Foley Chevrolet and they Try to convince me that it was my fault and they didn’t need to do anything because I’d already done all my research. I just let them think that I’m tired and don’t know what to do from here. I’m not sure if I can load pictures, but if I can, all six of the holes are lined up perfectly and the one hole that is shown in the pictures will not lineup. The pencil mark is where the actual hole is I was able to find it, but it won’t line up at all.

Service department is horrible. I called to set an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and the service rep rudely answered the phone; she told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could service my vehicle and that the mechanics where overwhelmed as if it wasn’t there job. This was not the first time that this happened, I’ve called multiple times and they always say that it’ll be more than a 2 weeks before they can service my vehicle.
