They will do what it takes to keep your vehicle in tip top running shap. Unlike other dealerships, the service manager doesn't test drive vehicles. Jimmy Steadman will take time to oversee everything pertaining to your vehicle from start to finish. The service advisors are also friendly and knowledgable.

I just bought a new Camaro RS for my daughter for graduation. Barry and Jeff were great and gave me an excellent deal. I recently went to another dealership in Tennessee and they excessively ran my credit score down by 100 points. We needed a second car to get around and Dannie Sanders did an awesome job at finding me beyond what I wanted. I'm purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox in which I love. I got approved within a day and knew exactly what was what. The Finance manager Holly offered me everything I needed and the paperwork was the fastest process I have ever experienced in my 20 years of driving. The owner Mike worked with me to make sure i received everything that I needed and wanted. Even after I made the purchase I received a goodie box filled with a thank you card, cookies and Triple M coffee mugs. I have never had this experience ever with any other dealership. This is by far the greatest I've ever had. I will definitely be back to purchase all of my vehicles from them.

The worst service ever I have had in a long long time, Appointment was given for my Engin light, arrived and was told there was no apppointment, eventhough I show the message they sent, was told they will take care of it, then after 30 minute wait was asked if I needed a ride as the car would take a whole day to get to, Asked them to hand my car keys back and the vehicle was still standing the the entrance where I left it. this is not the first time I have had issues with the dealership, 2 previous cases happened where I also had to wait 3 hours before being told I need to go and rent a car as they have to order the parts that they new about before the appointment. VERY BAD SERVICE.

They were great till there was a problem. They sold me the Chevy cargo mats. I wanted to have them installed and they said it was really easy so I took them home when I got home. I lined everything up. Follow the directions exactly and found the two of the holes had metal behind them. I took them down to the dealership. They looked at it and agreed that the holes were not there that there was metal behind it. It was the right mat, but it didn’t fit. I was told to call customer support. I did explained everything to them. they said it was the dealers responsibility. I called the dealer. They said it was Chevy‘s responsibility. Chevy said it was the dealers responsibility after all of this back-and-forth. I still have holes in the back of my seats and a liner that does not fit. I spoke with a managers at Turan Foley Chevrolet and they Try to convince me that it was my fault and they didn’t need to do anything because I’d already done all my research. I just let them think that I’m tired and don’t know what to do from here. I’m not sure if I can load pictures, but if I can, all six of the holes are lined up perfectly and the one hole that is shown in the pictures will not lineup. The pencil mark is where the actual hole is I was able to find it, but it won’t line up at all.

Service department is horrible. I called to set an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and the service rep rudely answered the phone; she told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could service my vehicle and that the mechanics where overwhelmed as if it wasn’t there job. This was not the first time that this happened, I’ve called multiple times and they always say that it’ll be more than a 2 weeks before they can service my vehicle.
