July 1, 2024 driving through Collins stopped at Legacy Chevrolet with a damaged tire. We met Amanda who informed us you did not have the tire we needed. She made several calls and found one to be delivered July 2nd between 3 and 4. We returned the next day and Bryan, the service manager, led us to the location as we had no clue where this town was. What a terrific experience. My salesman Eddie Shorter blew every negative misconeception of a car salesman out of the water. He was pleasant,extremely knowledgeable,and he made our deal happen. He anticipated every issue we had as my Mom is a senior. He catered to her needs,ambulatory,comfort,and while doing our paperwork.I cannot say enough great things about him but to sum it all up He is a genuinely good man. Finance manager was terrific as well. It was quick,forthright,and experienced. He was a pleasant person that was supportive and explained everything well. Friendly staff. Always clean inside. Service manager attentive to your needs. One complaint. I have been having my truck serviced there since August 2021. Two times when I received my truck after being serviced the interior was very dirty on the drivers side. This last time was really unacceptable. The drivers door arm rest, console, steering wheel and drivers seat and head rest had a lot of dirt on all of it. It’s like the shop tech had dirt/dust all over his clothes. I did not talk to the service manager about this issue. He was very busy and I said I could just clean out myself. The shop hand needs to treat other peoples property with respect.

Rude salesman. Offered $3000 less for our trade than the place we purchased at. Made us feel like we didn’t understand how the market actually works. Pretended that trade in values have no real meaning. Would not budge on car priced $8000 above what it’s trade value would be. Spoke in a condescending tone the entire time. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Really sad that some salesmen have to act this way.

Service department is horrible. I called to set an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and the service rep rudely answered the phone; she told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could service my vehicle and that the mechanics where overwhelmed as if it wasn’t there job. This was not the first time that this happened, I’ve called multiple times and they always say that it’ll be more than a 2 weeks before they can service my vehicle.
