They were great till there was a problem. They sold me the Chevy cargo mats. I wanted to have them installed and they said it was really easy so I took them home when I got home. I lined everything up. Follow the directions exactly and found the two of the holes had metal behind them. I took them down to the dealership. They looked at it and agreed that the holes were not there that there was metal behind it. It was the right mat, but it didn’t fit. I was told to call customer support. I did explained everything to them. they said it was the dealers responsibility. I called the dealer. They said it was Chevy‘s responsibility. Chevy said it was the dealers responsibility after all of this back-and-forth. I still have holes in the back of my seats and a liner that does not fit. I spoke with a managers at Turan Foley Chevrolet and they Try to convince me that it was my fault and they didn’t need to do anything because I’d already done all my research. I just let them think that I’m tired and don’t know what to do from here. I’m not sure if I can load pictures, but if I can, all six of the holes are lined up perfectly and the one hole that is shown in the pictures will not lineup. The pencil mark is where the actual hole is I was able to find it, but it won’t line up at all.
