There was no arguing over trade allowance, they were fair with first offer instead of insulting my vehicle as most dealerships do. When a problem did arise they were quick to fix the issue. I've bought a lot of vehicle over the years, without a doubt this was as smooth, Pleasant, enjoyable experience compared to some past trades. Herb Caldwell was my salesman and he was excellent. Everything about the buying experience was very good. One thing that didn’t make me happy was that my new vehicle had a front license plate bracket i Everything about the buying experience was very good. One thing that didn’t make me happy was that my new vehicle had a front license plate bracket installed with a Canon tag attached. Some, maybe many, people don’t want a front tag but if you remove it you are left with holes in your bumper. Recommend you quit doing this. More
