The service was great! Keaton was super friendly, attentive, and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle myself, and I felt totally comfortable throughout the entire process. Additionally, I ran into an issue *immediately* after purchasing the vehicle when I realized the speaker was blown out/stopped working. Technically this came up after I purchased the vehicle, so VW didn't have an obligation to remedy it, but they did anyway. They helped make me an appointment at NorthStar Ford (since the car I purchased was a Ford rather than VW) and agreed to pay for the repairs, which I GREATLY appreciate, as it would have been difficult for me to afford after having just purchased the vehicle. All in all, this was easily a 5-star experience and I am very grateful to the VW of Duluth team for all of their help.

Jon Raye was our service advisor. He's extremely competent and professional. Worked with us to resolve a windshield problem not related to the service we required. Went out of his way to make sure the Glass Co. was able to make the replacement on site and to have our car left inside to allow the glue to crue properly on a sub-zero night. He also followed through getting our vehicle repairs done promptly and correctly. This was our second interaction with Jon and have been impressed with his personal and professional way of doing business. (Note to management - give this man a raise). I have been involved in the repair business myself in the past and after dealing with service writers for 50+ years for dozens of makes and models I can assure you this guy stands head and shoulders above most of them. We purchased a black 2013 TDI Beetle with plans to pick it up after "the rocker panel was repainted" and planned to pay cash. After driving 250 miles to pick it up and accepting an offer to get the first month free if we financed the car (they ran our credit to do this) we arrived to pick up the car. The dealer resolved the situation.
