Brought my car in for an oil change and they found that the head gasket was leaking. Got me in promptly for warranty service, worked with me and my schedule for picking up/ dropping off loaner and found a the head gasket was leaking. Owning a diesel car puts one in a distinct minority. In my case it's a Touareg TDI that I purchased out of "Dieselgate". I couldn't have been more wrong. Turns out this was the top dealership in the nation for Touaregs in the post-Diesel gate era.. They made sure that the repairs worked by taking it on a lengthy test drive. I've had zero problems with my emissions system since the repair. More

I had a disappointing experience during the purchase of my certified pre-owned vehicle. During the sales process, I was told that my trade-in title was not an issue because it was at my families home in Mi my certified pre-owned vehicle. During the sales process, I was told that my trade-in title was not an issue because it was at my families home in Michigan. I was instructed to mail the title to the dealership once I returned to my families home. After the purchase was complete, I received a call from Keenan McGovern, informing me that I needed to sign a power of attorney because the dealership had already sold my trade-in before receiving the title. This requirement was never explained during the purchase process, and I was surprised to learn about it only after the sale. My concern isn't that additional paperwork was needed; it's that I wasn't informed about it before completing the transaction. I believe customers should receive clear and complete information about any requirements related to their trade-in before they sign the purchase documents. Better communication would have made this a much better experience. More
Over the phone and via email, the service is great, but the last few times I have been in for service, the level of professionalism and care has not met my expectations. During my last visit, I was giv the last few times I have been in for service, the level of professionalism and care has not met my expectations. During my last visit, I was given a rental to use while repairs were being done to my vehicle due to the technician's damage from my last visit. I thought I made it clear several times that I was heading straight to a client appointment - hence needing the rental. I received 5 repeated and frankly frantic phone calls requesting that I return the rental vehicle because another customer wanted to look at it. This was roughly an hour after I had left with it. I was still with my clients - getting spam called, evidently, because making a potential sale to another customer was #1 on the agenda. This, to me, was simply unprofessional, especially as a long-time customer. I never received any follow-up or paperwork regarding this repair. I handed the rental keys to a sales guy and was sent to go find my vehicle somewhere outside. More
