He and the dealership also went the extra mile when there was a concern with the car that wasn't apparent upon their initial inspection. We purchased a black 2013 TDI Beetle with plans to pick it up after "the rocker panel was repainted" and planned to pay cash. After driving 250 miles to pick it up and accepting an offer to get the first month free if we financed the car (they ran our credit to do this) we arrived to pick up the car. The dealer resolved the situation.
