I brought my car in for the works oil change, tire rotation, battery test etc. The service was great other than forgetting to give me the paper with the test results of my bad battery (still under warranty) to get it exchanged from where I bought it, who told me my battery was still good, but finally replaced it. The service department got my new battery installed promptly. I didn't interact with the mechanic much, so I don't have anything to say about them, other than they did a good job, Kristen was courteous and professional.

The work was done hours before it was promised. A defective part was found and replaced, along with an oil change and tire rotation. And for much less than I anticipated. Had a bad day at Adamson motors Friday. Take my car there for everthing, at each oil change the bring that stupid sheet of paper acting like they look at your car. Well let me tell you i had oil change just 2000k miles ago, my tire keep losing air so seeing i bought them there i would have them check, come out to tell me i need new tires which by the way will have no warranty because of alignment problem, they said it looks like 5000k wear to get that bad, so why did they not notice it at oil change. Went to discount tires never again at Adamson motor, wish i would have bought my new truck elsewhere now.

My wife had a screw in a tire on my 2017 Pacifica when she was 9 hours from home. She brought the car to Bemidji Chrysler Center. Josh helped her get the tire plugged and put back on. They took the spare off, deflated it and put it back in the storage place. The service she got was beyond my imagination.

Exemplary integrity. Justin, Jesse and Cornerstone in general were great. We had our 2018 F150 in for some warranty and recall work. One of the repairs had an error that caused an issue a couple weeks later. Cornerstone Ford got it diagnosed and taken care of. We were very happy with Justin and Jesse’s communication. Overall, their honesty and integrity has Cornerstone Ford as tops for us.
