I brought my car in for the works oil change, tire rotation, battery test etc. The service was great other than forgetting to give me the paper with the test results of my bad battery (still under warranty) to get it exchanged from where I bought it, who told me my battery was still good, but finally replaced it. The service department got my new battery installed promptly. I didn't interact with the mechanic much, so I don't have anything to say about them, other than they did a good job, Kristen was courteous and professional.

I waited, oil and service was prompt. The only issue I encountered was Jeff Jones (inventory manager) refused to make breakfast, but did ask if I wanted to order another one

They did a warranty engine replacement on F150. It was from another Ford dealership. They told me up front they would charge me more for they did not sell me the Engine. They worked with the warranty company and got the engine on order..gave me a price estimate of $2400. I OKAY a 450 extra parts and when the bill was done I owed 3600...plus the 260 disnosic and the replacement. warranty company was due 1600 and then they the kept the F150 for 30 days until the warranty company paid it's 1600. About 47 days with no truck even though it was fixed in about 17 days.. If you have a warranty issue I would not use this dealership and I general Inwould not use them.for service... Maybe a new purchase but the not the warranty service side...Okay the regular service guys were nice but it all came down from one man and he is the boss...I saw the guys eyes roll when he spoke...Good luck if you go here itbis a toss of a coin on how you will be treated

From the first phone call to see if they could service my car to the prompt, knowledgeable and courteous staff when I arrived, I was super impressed with everyone. They took my car right at the appointment time, took care of everything I asked, and I was driving out in 45 minutes. I would highly recommend and wish more would be like their team!

My siblings and I have been dealing with this dealership since Last September (2023) regarding my dad‘s 2021 F150 pick up. It was a simple recall that with the truck was taken up there for. In order to get an appointment, at least 6 to 8 phone calls were placed and no return calls made. When we finally did reach them, they told us all the parts were there, and they could take care of the issue as we live four hours away that day. We live 4 hours away and when we arrived, they indicated that the work would be done in about a half a day. Upon returning 4 hours later the truck was still not completed and eventually took the truck back home as they could not figure out how to fix the recall. After several more phone calls and no response from anyone at the dealership, we finally were able to get the truck back in in November. Again, they were unable to perform the recall getting all sorts of excuses. We were then told they would order what was needed, and would have them in a couple of weeks. This brought us into mid December at which point we got the story of holidays and shipping issues and that the parts would not be in until after the first of the year. They did do some smaller recalls while they did have the vehicle in November when they came to us to get the vehicle as we were no longer willing to drive four hours round-trip And then have nothing done. Through the winter we continue to try to contact them to know avail and we’re finally able to reach them in mid March and schedule an appointment for April 15. When we arrive that day we were informed that we were not on the schedule. This has been a complete and total fiasco. I would never purchase anything from this dealership.
