Service Writer, Moses, was excellent.The work, I assume, is excellent. My complaints, if you will, are (1) when I had to change my appt time to add services, the text was not updated (minor); (2) the $99 diagnostic charge for something I had a video of and a minor”screw tight” kind of thing resolved it; (3) didn’t there use to be a video of the undercarriage inspection? Miss that. And, (4) after a $1300 gross invoice, no longer provide a car wash? (Even though my car WAS pretty clean). Minor disappointments. Overall, satisfied.

Jeremy checked me in for my 2nd covered routine maintenance visit for my Tucson and was pleasant to work with. In addition to the oil change, tire rotation and inspection, they also updated my navigation software and performed recall work that I was unaware of, all at no charge.

My check engine light came on and I was able to bring my car in first thing in the morning. I received a ride to work and back to the dealership. They couldn't finish the repair that day so they let me borrow a loaner car. I received my repaired car the next morning. They were pleasant to work with. My car is running fine now.

during the purchase the first oil change is on us - sometimes those words get forgotten: Yesterday a $106.36 charge was reduced to 0, have a great day - got to like it. I waited, oil and service was prompt. The only issue I encountered was Jeff Jones (inventory manager) refused to make breakfast, but did ask if I wanted to order another one

Facility clean. Friendly staff. They got my vehicle in before my scheduled appointment. During routine service appointment they reminded me of radiator leak. Shane Nohr took the time to call to verify warranty would cover the radiator issue . Previously I was told i would have to make a separate application for that. I was able to have the radator work done that day. Shane also arranged for me to get a ride to work, while the work done. Thank you to Shane for taking care of my beicle and me. The young man who gave me a ride was also very nice. I didn't get his name.

I worked with Richard Busker to purchase a 2018 A3. Richard was incredibly responsive, knowledgable and respectful throughout the entire process. When we ran into a hick-up with my bank's financing options, Richard immediately introduced me to his business manager, who lined up alternative means of financing within a very short period of time. Richard knew I was in the market for a newer A3 after I was rear-ended. He asked a series of questions regarding what I was looking for in a vehicle. Within a day or so, he sent me links to several different options. He pointed out the pros and cons with each option as they related to my preferences. When an alternative option came through the dealership, Richard contacted me right away with the details. Most importantly, Richard was humble, informative, yet never once tried to pressure me into purchasing anything outside of my means. He respected my wishes and preferences. I think other sales reps would benefit greatly by learning a thing or two from Richard.

BMW of Minnetonka service department delivered a first class experience for me (again) this week. When my tire was punctured driving in St. Paul (large thin rusty strip of metal), I immediately called the dealership and let them know I’d be limping in (thank you, run-flats!). When I arrived, I was greeted by Josh the service manager who already knew why I was there, processed immediately (without appointment), and handed off to Toby (one of their service advisors). After the technician rapidly assessed the car on the lift and sent me a narrated video showing the significantly damaged tire, and Toby presented several tire options (with printed descriptions and pricing), I decided on my new tire purchase and work started right away. It wasn’t long (while I worked in their spacious lobby) before the car was mounted with the new tires, aligned, and ready! The tires are great and the alignment is perfect. Toby, Josh, the technician, and their porters did an exemplary job of turning the disruption of a blown tire into a very positive experience! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this service department for years, a huge factor in my choice to keeping going back to BMW of Minnetonka for my cars.
