It's easy to complain about a used car purchase when there is a problem! However when a dealership goes the extra mile to satisfy the customer it can go without due credit. We purchased a used pick up from Walser Nissan Coon Rapids and a serious problem arose, shortly after. So when the tech told us of the problem and the fix? Of course, I had passed on the extended warranty. So I assumed, I was completely screwed! The repair was going to be expensive and due to supply chain problems. I could be without a dependable vehicle for possibly a extended time. Needless to say I was distraught and very disappointed. As we were about to take a trip while pulling a travel trailer to Florida for our first winter in warm weather as we had just retired.
To my surprise, that's when the sales team and management team started look for and to work out a fix for us!!! They were not only empathetic to our position, but they wanted to make us whole as their customers. I must say, I was expecting a tough breaks buddy. Instead, they told me that we fell under one of their satisfaction programs that allowed me to leave that day not only satisfied, but extremely happy. Our trip was back on!
I can't tell enough people about this experience and how every single person at Walser Nissan Coon Rapids were so willing to help. From the tech team that diagnosed the problem and what it would take to fix it. Then the the sales and management team that came up with a solution that worked for us. It's one thing for a dealership to say they care and want you happy It's something special to actually proving they mean it, especially with a used vehicle.
Well, I'm here to tell everyone, and Walser Nissan of Coon Rapids really means it! They have proven that to us and I can, have and will recommend them to anyone looking for that commitment to their customers.
