I was expecting the inside of the car to be cleaned as well as the outside, only the outside was done. Not a big issue since I am pleased with my purchase. I will return again!

Called AVL and spoke to Aliesha Breidel on a 2019 Navigator. As a Ford tech with another dealer, I knew exactly what I wanted and was looking for before ever stepping foot in the dealer along with what additional products I was looking for. Aliesha never pressured us into purchasing anything beyond what we asked for and was super easy to work with. She even called us prior to arriving to let us know of a small cosmetic flaw with the vehicle so we didn’t waste a couple hours of driving. Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I have had! Highly recommend Aliesha !

We took our car to get detailed inside and outside and they did fantastic ! They even took out our weather tech mats and cleaned them. The car smelled just like new when I got in it and so clean! Took to someone else before and I will never go back there. Only this dealership now and they were very reasonable!
