Totally unsatisfying experience, routine maintenance done, along with a recall, and problems with a tire losing pressure. The service writer first had me pay another person’s bill, when I tried to retrieve my vehicle it was not where it should have been if completed. At that point he figured out he made a mistake.
When the service was complete I paid my bill and found serveral parts sitting on my console and asked what they were for, service writer reinstalled the parts. Part of the service was to repair a tire that loses pressure, I was told there was no leak found and paid for that service of checking the tire, the following morning the tire had lost pressure again
I have little confidence in this particular Honda dealership and will not be returning
