I went into Wolf Motors very stressed because I had just totaled my car in an accident and had been down on my luck and anticipated difficulty getting a new one in a timely manner, and didn't know how I was going to get around in the meantime, but Melissa was extremely helpful and made my whole experience so positive, quick and easy from start to finish. I brought my car in for the works oil change, tire rotation, battery test etc. The service was great other than forgetting to give me the paper with the test results of my bad battery (still under warranty) to get it exchanged from where I bought it, who told me my battery was still good, but finally replaced it. The service department got my new battery installed promptly. I didn't interact with the mechanic much, so I don't have anything to say about them, other than they did a good job, Kristen was courteous and professional.

This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from Deml Ford, two new Ford's and two late model, low mileage Chevy's. Brad and the staff there have been more than accommodating during each of the vehicle purchases. Brad's knowledge of the vehicles he sells is exceptional whether it is a Ford or otherwise. Thank you to all we have had contact there over the years wish I could thank you all by name. If the time comes in the future where we are looking for a different vehicle Deml Ford will be on the top of our list.

I'm not dealer loyal at all. I go where I get the best deal. I found this truck on Cargurus.com. I called them, made an offer. Within a couple of hours the deal was done. We drove 4 hours the following week to pick up the truck. It was exactly what they described. No hidden fees, no pushy up sell on warranties or accessories. Just an honest car deal at a great price. It's not a huge super store car lot. Witch to me, is a good thing. We sat and visited while they put on a set of mud flaps and filled the truck with fuel. The manager came out and introduced himself and thanked me for driving that far to buy from them. It's the way things used to be and when you bought a car.
