No pressure, no pushy sales tactics — just honest help and great communication. I had built out a van on Ford’s website and submitted it twice to New Brighton Ford with no response. But when I reached out to Apple Ford, their team jumped on it within minutes. That’s when I got connected with Ryan, and everything changed. Inn late winter, I purchased a Ford C-Max Energi from Inver Grove Heights (excellent experience) and brought the car in in June for an inspection prior to taking a long trip. The car had a warranty. They found a problem and fixed it using the warranty plus a service charge. But it was super helpful that the dealer insurance covered a rental car and that Inver Grove Ford picked up and dropped of my car for servicing, and even drove me to the rental car place to return it. This was not so easy to arrange, but Dylan Ronayne took the time to make sure it was all coordinated so my experience was superior. Thank you. This was a dream after the nightmare experience I had purchasing an unsafe car with Milaca Motors in January.

I was in to fix a flat tire, service was quick and very good. I was disappointed to find out that the tire fix was not covered since I just purchased the tires from Tenvoorde less than a month ago. I was told I did not purchase the Tenvoorde guarantee which was not offered to me when I purchased the tires. Otherwise the service was very good.
