I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman dealership. I took my 2018 Ford Expedition Max in to have my A/C fixed last June. They allegedly replaced the condenser and refilled the freon. However, a month or so later, my A/C is running hot again. I was told that if it runs hot again, it probably has a pin hole in it somewhere and to bring it back and they would run the dye through it to locate the leak. At the time, they tried to coerce me to pay out of pocket for this repair but the A/C was still under warranty and I ended up not paying anything. However, it ran hot a month or so later but due to me coaching, and teaching, it took some months before I could make an appointment to get my truck back in for repairs. Each time I tried to make an appointment, I was told that they were short staffed and I would have to leave my vehicle for several days just for them to look at. I asked for a loaner and was told they do not have any. I tried again this past June and was told the same thing. This was repeated when I was at the dealership today. I was also told today that the A/C is no longer under warranty and in addition to the wait with no loaner, I would have to pay out of pocked. This is unacceptable business

I consigned my Maserati Gran Tourismo to this Empire Auto for four months (March - June). Not only did they not sell it, when I got it back the glove box was completely cleaned out including the owner's manual and the window sticker. I went back in person to discuss the issues with John Dingle and I was told that he would give it his top priority and if they couldn't find the manual, he'd buy me a new one. John has done absolutely nothing he said he'd do. He'll look you in the eye and make you a promise and then do the exact opposite. I also authorized him to lower the price in an effort to get the vehicle sold. He told me it would sell "within two weeks". Not only did they not sell it, they also removed it from all advertising. When I questioned John about it, he blamed it on the owner and said he pulled the advertising accidently. He promised it would be back on all the advertising sites immediately. He promised to prioritize this as well. Again, more lies. Needless to say, I will no longer do business with this company.

They knew I couldn't afford another vehicle yet and the Gentlemen still helped me get my truck off the road and then drove me to my job interview while still treating me with respect. The dealership did repairs on my truck I still had under lease, balljoints, idler arm, pitman arm, new tires and rims. They didn't tighten down the driverside CV axle nut and the wheel bearing exploded while going down the road, the idler and pitman arms were never replaced even though I was charged labor and parts for it. The tires were not new, there is a plug in one when I got ot and it's now a slow leak. Don't buy from them or let them do work on your vehicle.

The dealer did not keep their promise and it cost me $384. I was promised a spare key when I purchased my vehicle. The first salesperson was fired before I could complete my transaction. I was then referred to the Used Car Sales Manager Brian Speck who has been very nice through phone and email conversations but has repeatedly misled me and failed to resolve my issue. I ended up buying a spare key under the promise that the dealer would reimburse me. It has been 4 months now and no resolution.

Overall I had a good experience. They are very upfront and honest, and they tell you from the beginning that the cars have salvaged titles and are sold as is. I brought my car in August, and it had a problem on the test drive with the air conditioning. They fixed it as promised after I brought the car. They offered me a loaner while I waited. The manager is a little spicy for my taste, but she means well and is very efficient. I had a great experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

Arraigned for a test drive (1-20-22) on a Acura MDX that the dealership advertised for sale on December 3rd. So Jeffery Automotive had possession of the vehicle for 6 weeks. Drove over 1 hour to get to dealer. Car was still on sale line near roadway. Clearly been sitting for awhile. Salesman drove the vehicle up. I then want around vehicle opening up the doors. Front passenger side on sun visor (fingerprint) and head liner (smear) was blood. Center consul was sticky from front to rear seat. The interior was a bio hazard with blood and grim. Passed on even sitting in that mess. I told sales person I could not believe they would have a vehicle on the line clearly with blood His response was I’m sorry. I saw that when I was pulling it up. No idea why it was not cleaned. This by far was the worst showing by a dealership I have ever encountered. 2 hour drive for a huge disappointment

First of all my back round in classics goes back 40 + yrs. After reviewing pictures and video I relied on my salesman to give me an honest opinion of the car asking in detail for all imperfections. When the car arrived I saw a defect in the front bumper that would need to be replaced (chrome wearing off) I called Jad and he admitted that he missed the bumper issue , he said they would not stand behind the issue. I asked to speak to a manager, he gave me Kayla's number. After speaking to her she told me even though Jad admitted to making the mistake and missing an obvious defect they would not cover the cost of a new bumper. When we buy out of state cars we depend on getting an honest report/opinion, in this case no one was held responsible for doing a sub standard job!!! Due to their lack of accountability I will not consider Gateway Classics for future purchase of another classic car!!! Trust is paramount in any long distance car purchase, unfortunately my trust in the salsman Jad Bassi and Kayla as well as Gateway has been lost. Be very careful when considering a purchase from this company, they refuse to stand by their admitted mistakes!!

This dealership probably has the worst service department I have ever dealt with after numerous attempts they finally got her van in to be fixed and it took forever to be done .service department is very unprofessional and always seems to have an attitude we have dropped her van off for service work to be done and they call us back the next day that there’s nothing wrong with it I’m sorry when you’re driving down the highway at 75 and the whole van shakes and you can obviously smell hot breaks there is something wrong I have a hard time believing that there’s actual mechanics in this facility on the other hand our sales man Mike was very professional and has been on our side with the issues that we’ve been having with our van it just seems like it’s never ending problems with our vehicle

I brought in my 2019 Ram because at random the cluster would so out while driving. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted with a handshake and was treated as I was the only priority the advisor (Andy) had of the day. I was checked in and shown where the waiting area was. There was coffee, tea, cookies and water for refreshments and the waiting area was clean and quite. A short time later, Andy came to tell me that they needed to order a part for my truck and that if I would like, Chrysler would pay for a rental if I didn't want to drive my truck while waiting for the part. Once the part was in, it was promptly installed and I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Once I returned to pick it up, I was again warmly greeted and my truck was pulled around for me. I greatly appreciate the fantastic service and would recommend this service department to any and all who need their vehicles repaired. Thank You Bill Marsh!!!!
