I particularly appreciated the choice of service levels available and the minor repairs done at no extra cost even though my used Camry was not originally purchased at Grolling. When it came time to upgrade to a newer model, there cold not have been anyone more enthusiastic or positive than Joseph C. Cartier to provide easy to understand options, purchase terms and explanations of new features on a 2026 Camry; all without pressure to buy at this time. As a result, within a couple of hours, I had the delight of driving home a new vehicle. If any questions arise concerning the operation of the new hybrid, no doubt they will be addressed by JC Cartier in the same knowledgeable and friendly manner as was the original purchase. Just purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Jasen Raby this salesperson was fantastic and also very honest and transparent when it came to helping me. I went to the dealership a few times just to test drive different trucks. He also helped my son who we purchased a truck together. He gave us great customer service, he was honest, had great integrity and answered any questions we had with the vehicle. He bent over backwards to make myself and son happy! The experience I had with Jasen Raby was amazing and I would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle is go talk to him. This was a great experience I had with him. When I signed the paperwork I also wanted to give kudos to Tyrone who was just very good and made the process in signing the paperwork smooth and no pressure to purchase anything else. He also answered any questions we had. The experience from Tyrone I would also give him a 5/5 as well. The experience from start to finish was fantastic and everyone was so friendly. We had already agreed to that price and paid a deposit according to that price so I was a little out off by that but otherwise it was a great experience.

They only reason I withheld the 5 stars was because I need additional work on my 4 wheel drive and they had neither a rental nor loaner. I'm a year plus working out of town on 6/12s with Sundays off and my resources are limited.

My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken for months(tried working with my local dealership but was running into issues). I drove all the way from Clarkston to Dearborn because I know the level of service here is always top notch. Mike checked with Josh in parts to make sure they had what I needed, and Josh made the part a priority. Tim, the service manager (another long-time connection), worked with my schedule and made sure a tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived. 6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.
