I went to Pfeiffer to get recall work done on my 2001 Windstar, to make a long story short Ford Motor co. said it was irrepairable and bought the windstar back at a premium.So naturally I started looking for a replacement vehicle. Well we drove over to Grand Ledge 150 mile round trip and had 4 or 5 vehicles selected to look at from the "Mega" dealer over there. After a terrible negotiating experience at Grand Ledge we returned to Pfeiffer Farms where we brought the windstar for recall work, and Pfeiffer (Mark Keech) worked with us and got us a terrific deal on a newer vehicle for my daughter. Mark was a pleasure to work with (though he had to "talk" to the manager once) and Dean Smith the service manager was very friendly and we even met Dan Pfeiffer that morning too! I've brought my villager to have it serviced there in the past and am very happy with the whole operation over there. Thank you Pfeiffer for a wonderful experience.

Dice sold me at car for 5500. I found out that they only paid 3300 for car. I have spent $1500 to get coolant fixed and now it will cost me $4500 to get the alternator and solenoid fixed as well as the turbo boost on the car fixed. Moral of the stories is don’t buy from them they were recently in the news.

Very Happy With My Subaru Purchase AND Fox Marquette - dianel

I was searching for a smaller vehicle and I wanted a Subaru. I called and spoke to Ryan. I had found lately that few salesmen actually followed through and called back when they found something I might like. Ryan did call back. Ryan went above and beyond and found me the car in the color I wanted. Ryan made arrangements for the car to be brought from another State to Fox and let me check it out. I fell in love with the car :). I also had an amazing experience with the Finance Department. I worked with David and he was amazing I was able, thanks to David, to get an amazing interest rate, keep my car payment in the range I needed AND I was able to get the extended warranty, and heated seats I wanted installed. Everyone at Fox Marquette was pleasant and willing to work with me. I highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle that you go see Ryan and for financing ask for David. You won't regret it!

Went in for a car for my daughter, a 06 Pacifica. Took it to a mechanic he said there were numerous problems, it was not safe to drive- frame problems, oil pan, just to name a few. They lied from the get go!! Stay far away from them!!!!

As a whole I'm pleased with the vehicle that I bought from Good Motors, however I'm going to say I'm not happy with a few things. When on the phone I was told the car was in excellent condition and looked like a 60,000 mile car and that the exterior only had one minor flaw in front bumper. When I arrived the front bumper was actually cracked in two places in addition to the flaw that was mentioned by the salesman. I could see that the bumper had been resprayed and they just painted right over the two cracks. This is not what I'm going to complain about. What I'm upset about is the car was coated in some wax that hide some flaws. Now that I just washed the car, I see the front bumper actually is spider cracked and the nice fresh paint that was on the bumper is gone. The back bumper also has several scuffs that are now visible that were hidden when I went over the car and are now clearly visible. The majority of the exterior is covered with little rust colored dots that were not visible when I bought the car. It's one thing when a 6 year old car has some defects, it another to hide them with shoe polish, color matched wax or what ever was used. Another issue was the rear parking sensors. I asked if everything worked and I was told yes. However, the rear parking sensors didn't work and when they drove the car out for me to drive it away they cleared the information center and it didn't pop up until the next time I started the car. They had to of cleared it because the warning will stay up until cleared. So when buying a car from Good give it a very though evaluation and check everything. The guys are friendly, so I'm going to give them credit there but there is a little shady used car action going on which I find very misleading and dishonest! I would make them put in writing that the finish you are looking at is all 100% paint and will retain it appearance for two weeks. Mine lasted 6 days.

I came to this dealer because I found a truck that matched which options I wanted at a Fair price. I got there and the truck was dead, so I give them the benefit of the doubt on this and let them jump start it so I can go for a test drive. I drove the truck, which seemed fine, but as I was driving I noticed that some of the buttons did not work. Now we get back and as the tech their was looking at their truck to see what was wrong, which he couldn't figure out at all, they were looking at my vehicle to appraise it. I told them the offer that I had received about a month and a half before at another dealer and the salesman I was with went out to talk to the man appraising my truck. He came back and basically told me the price I said was crazy and there was no way he could even come close, funny seeing as how I had multiple dealers offer me within $500 of the offer. He even went as far as to say he even tried knocking $1000 off the price of the truck he had to get to the payments I wanted, which he kept claiming he was already over $4000 under the worth of his truck which had problems that needed addressed, this truck was decently priced at market value not cheap by any means though. At the end of his rant, basically stating how crazy I was for even trying this deal, he basically told me I wasted my time even coming there. So in the end I left, not nearly as disappointed about not purchasing the truck as I was absolutely disgusted how an upper management employee could even talk down on someone who would have been a paying customer. I truly recommend looking somewhere else to buy a vehicle.

The initial dealing with this dealership was fine. Everything you would expect from a used car dealership (little pushy, make you "feel" like you got a great deal). We purchased two cars, same day, cash transaction. Tom, our salesman, told us that when we picked them up the next day he would have them cleaned out and filled up with gas. When we picked them up they were cleaned out but both were on a half a tank. After we mentioned this to him, he said to come back tomorrow. To make a long story short, when my husband went to get the gas, he was told that he could only give him $20 because we got such a good deal. When my husband told him that he was not satisfied(with some explicit language) Tom loosened his tie and came at him. He told my husband if he did not get off the property in 30 seconds, he was going to beat his a**. My husband proceeded to count out loud. Tom went back into the building so my husband followed him. Even after talking to the owner of the dealership, they refused to keep their end of the agreement. I feel that for the class A dealership that they claim to be, this was a class D, petty, tactless way to treat customers. When you say your going to do something, do it. No matter how "good" of a deal he think he gave us, we still purchased two cars in less than 2 hours(test drives included), which is money in his pocket, and a pretty good day for a used car salesman. I would not recommend this dealership simply for the reason that they wouldn't honor their word on a handshake.

I saw a car that I really wanted from them, so I emailed them, and got no response. I emailed them like 5 or 6 times, and never got anything. I then called them quite a few times, and never got an answer. finally, today, after trying to call them again, they finally responded, but only to tell me that the car was sold. if they would've responded to me, I could've got the car I really wanted, but they ignored me and responded to both my email and my call only after the car was sold. they responded to my email with simply just "hi there, it is no longer available" their service sucks, and they need to learn how to answer a simple phone call

If I could do 0 stars I would. It takes over 3 months for them to fix the front end of my vehicle from a rock. Jan 20 is when I dropped it off. Hardly any communication, became the middle man for Enterprise and my insurance because no one including myself could get a hold of them. Even the direct line to the service advisor, nothing! Had to get corporate involved. Get my vehicle back for it YET to not be completely fixed. Horn doesn’t work, missing an entire piece of trim, no part is aligned correctly and looks like its been mod podge together. To top it off, been trying to get a hold of them, left voicemails and guess what, still no response! Im ready to sell my vehicle and never deal with a Hyundai related vehicle again! Thank you for the awful and irritating experience im still having to deal with.

Recently I purchased a 2012 FX35 from Infinity and worked with Maximilian Mills and Charles Biggs. All in all it was the best purchasing experience I have had at a dealership. Max took the time to do a great presentation of the vehicle and when I took it in after the purchase Max met me in the parking lot to pick up my vehicle and put me in a loaner, the trade off took less than 60 seconds and I was back on my way to work. Very pleased with the whole experience.

they could not fix thr problems with my car. I have had nothing but bad Service. I own a chrusler and I had to take it to a Ford dealership to get good service. (My car was still under warranty) lakeshore chrysler replaced my brakes...1 week later I had to pay to have them adjsuted they performed and alignment....my car still pulled and my steering wheel was off center. The performed and oil change and stripped the drain plug. They couldn't get me in a for a couple of days...so they say. I had to pay to have that fixed at Great lakes Ford. I would not recommend this srevice department. They are not good at all. Poeple thought Discovery Ford ripped customers off...go to Lakeshore Chrysler.
