He addressed any potential concerns we had and did not shut us down like other places have. The car was in great condition and fairly priced. Went in twice for scheduled recall service. Never got back to us about the rental car we requested as we come in from out of town. Both times the recalled part was not in. The second time they wanted to keep car another day so we could pay for another days rental. Really??? Talked to manager twice. Still waiting for apology but I doubt I'll get one. Scheduled oil change also takes a long time. I could mention names but I won't. Instead I'll turn to social media. Buying the vehicle there was a good experience but after spending all that money they don't seem to care.

Harpeet Singh is a wonderful service manager who treats every customer with great respect and integrity, along with John Law, are the best. I always feel like I can drive in and be taken care of.

Labadie Toyota in Bay City is one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. I've purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles from them and cannot say enough about the amazing sales team. Their team listens and understands your needs, are friendly and make car buying fun. Justin, Cody and team were absolutely wonderful. They also have an excellent service department. Absolutely go buy that new Toyota or used or certified pre-owned from these guys. They will not let you down. I would give 10 stars if I could!

We had an issue with our car (Lexus) as we were driving to Traverse City late on a Friday afternoon. We spoke with Sam in Service and he was very helpful, telling us to bring our car in and they would take a look at it. When we got there, Kevin was the agent we worked with. He was very professional and within an hour the problem was fixed. Thanks for fixing a problem for total strangers on very short notice. Much appreciated.

I was shopping for a new used car and went to dealerships all over the metro area to look for that special car for me. I worked with Adam at Szott Toyota who was a pleasure to deal with. I always felt welcomed by him and very easy to get along with. he was very accomodating and helpful. He was a breath of fresh air in that there is no games with him and he was very honest and up front which gave me great confidence in him. He is very knowledgable and relatable and I would highly recommend him. I also would like to give a huge thumbs up to Elaine the finance manager. When buying a car I always feel like I have to get my guard up and deflect all the stuff I am going to be pressured in to buy and in a highly pressurized environment that takes a half hour or more. Well dealing with Elaine was like talking to an old friend. NO pressure, very very knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. The paperwork just took a few minutes and she made the process a pleasant one instead of feeling like I had just been in a long drag out fight. I got a great deal on a great used car that was prepped wonderfully. If you would like to deal with a dealer and a rep that makes the car buying experience a pleasant one go in and ask for Adam. Adam and Elaine will take great care of you and has my highest recommendation!
