Sat 8/23 traveling from CVG to Grand Haven; front Right wheel blowout on I96 @ 75MPH. Road service changed to spare (UGH!); drove @ <50mph last 130mi to Grand Haven (lived @lake for '77 - '85). Monday 8/25 to Muskegon MI AUDI. Met ZACH. Somebody from somewhere smiled on us. What a pleasure dealing with a young man possessing traits performing customer service the way it's taught but sadly more than not rarely experienced. I speak from 50 years of small to large corporate responsibility both U.S. and dealing with European, Asiatic and African personnel in similar companies. Zach quickly procured similar tires, correctly interchanged locations and mounted, checking for potential problems (wheel bearings, rim condition), keeping us informed of progress and promptly notified completion. Our visit/vacation could now continue unhindered. I know US AUDI (Virginia) keeps track of its various locations regarding business practices, including by visits (Have had various Audi experiences, as well as Porsche and GM/Ford due to cars owned and currently possess). I shall presume both Audi Muskegon as well as Audi US know how fortunate they are to have Zach presenting the "Audi" face to/with customers. IF NOT, THEY HAD BETTER LEARN RAPIDLY, lest competitive businesses grab him for their benefit!

Labadie Toyota in Bay City is one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. I've purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles from them and cannot say enough about the amazing sales team. Their team listens and understands your needs, are friendly and make car buying fun. Justin, Cody and team were absolutely wonderful. They also have an excellent service department. Absolutely go buy that new Toyota or used or certified pre-owned from these guys. They will not let you down. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Finding myself in need of an unexpected service call yesterday, I called Jermaine Toyota of Dundee and inquired about the availability of a same day emergency service call. The service department.representative was very pleasant, helpful, and was able to work me into a spot. Upon my arrival, she and the technician that completed my service were pleasant, asked questions, listened to my responses, and provided answers to my questions.. The service completed appears to have been done well, and was completed in a timely manner. The. employees that assisted me yesterday provided excellent service and were wonderful representatives of Jermaine Toyota of Dundee! Darren Harrold is the salesman who was referred to me by a friend, and now that I have purchased a car through him, I would absolutely refer him to anyone who wants a personalized, caring, car buying experience!! On our initial phone contact, he asked me what I was looking for and shared information about a few cars on the lot, and on order by the dealership. I made an appointment to meet with him the following day……and an hour later he contacted me, as he had picked up on an excited inflection in my voice over one of the cars he had described, we discussed it further, and sight unseen, I put a monetary hold on it! My next day appointment had me test driving a same model car, I viewed pictures of the anticipated car, and signed in the dotted line for purchase! It hadn‘t been build yet, so he stayed in contact with me through that process, and contacted me immediately when it was ready for delivery! He was as excited for me, as I was for myself! The day I picked up my 2025 Pearl White Hilander, he again shared in my excitement and patiently talked me through how to use all of the features! We spoke with Sam in Service and he was very helpful, telling us to bring our car in and they would take a look at it. When we got there, Kevin was the agent we worked with. He was very professional and within an hour the problem was fixed. Thanks for fixing a problem for total strangers on very short notice. Much appreciated.

I was shopping for a new used car and went to dealerships all over the metro area to look for that special car for me. I worked with Adam at Szott Toyota who was a pleasure to deal with. I always felt welcomed by him and very easy to get along with. he was very accomodating and helpful. He was a breath of fresh air in that there is no games with him and he was very honest and up front which gave me great confidence in him. He is very knowledgable and relatable and I would highly recommend him. I also would like to give a huge thumbs up to Elaine the finance manager. When buying a car I always feel like I have to get my guard up and deflect all the stuff I am going to be pressured in to buy and in a highly pressurized environment that takes a half hour or more. Well dealing with Elaine was like talking to an old friend. NO pressure, very very knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. The paperwork just took a few minutes and she made the process a pleasant one instead of feeling like I had just been in a long drag out fight. I got a great deal on a great used car that was prepped wonderfully. If you would like to deal with a dealer and a rep that makes the car buying experience a pleasant one go in and ask for Adam. Adam and Elaine will take great care of you and has my highest recommendation!
