Went in twice for scheduled recall service. - Dissatisfied

Went in twice for scheduled recall service. Never got back to us about the rental car we requested as we come in from out of town. Both times the recalled part was not in. The second time they wanted to keep car another day so we could pay for another days rental. Really??? Talked to manager twice. Still waiting for apology but I doubt I'll get one. Scheduled oil change also takes a long time. I could mention names but I won't. Instead I'll turn to social media. Buying the vehicle there was a good experience but after spending all that money they don't seem to care.

Emily Rundel made the entire experience very easy and it was a pleasure having her handle everything for us. This is the first time I have not had to go back to the dealership several times and then make an appointment to pick up our vehicle. We traded in our used vehicle and drove home the same evening in our new one. I highly recommend Lafontaine Toyota and Emily Rundel.

Labadie Toyota in Bay City is one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. I've purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles from them and cannot say enough about the amazing sales team. Their team listens and understands your needs, are friendly and make car buying fun. Justin, Cody and team were absolutely wonderful. They also have an excellent service department. Absolutely go buy that new Toyota or used or certified pre-owned from these guys. They will not let you down. I would give 10 stars if I could!

We spoke with Sam in Service and he was very helpful, telling us to bring our car in and they would take a look at it. When we got there, Kevin was the agent we worked with. He was very professional and within an hour the problem was fixed. Thanks for fixing a problem for total strangers on very short notice. Much appreciated.

LOVE MY NEW (TO ME) CAR! There I was, a father of a 16 year old needing her first car.. I was lucky enough to be assigned to Yehor.. First off, Yehor is great, he was a member of the US Olympic figure skating team, so he had interestingly cool stories (yes, cool was a pun) Anyway.. He showed me an absolutely GORGEOUS Subaru Outback.. it was 9 years old, and had high mileage, but it had obviously been treated extremely well during it's life . It was PERFECT, looks great, drives great..I personally fell in love with it. So now my daughter gets MY car, which is newer and has much less mileage, and I am keeping the Outback.. TRUE LOVE CANT BE DENIED!!!! Thanks to The entire sales and finance team of Victory!

This was my first experience with "any" Toyota dealership, and I cannot express enough, how happy I am. Marcella Milwee is second to none when it comes to customer service and respect! I was so nervous about what to expect since we have never owned a Toyota before. Let me tell you EVERY single person that I came in contact with, were beyond polite and professional. The two different shuttle drivers that I had were both extremely polite and courteous. I have dealt with dealerships in the past many times, and I have to say hands down, today was the best experience ever!
