After finding it, he was able to work with the other dealership to get it to Saginaw. Everyone was helpful and friendly making for a great experience.

In a panic, I ran into the dealership. It was a Saturday at 2:30 and service had closed. My son was in Mt Pleasant, 2 hours away. I had his key with the dead battery. I had bought a new battery at Target and watched a YouTube video. I thought it would be easy. I was rushing to get to my son. He plays college hockey for CMU and had a game in a few hours. I couldn’t get the key back together. After several attempts at home, I drove to the dealership. When I saw that service was closed, I dashed into the sales room. 3 gentleman including Caselle and Rob Love figured it out. They were so nice and saved the day. They went above and beyond for this hockey mom!

The sales rep was awesome, the service after wad awesome, until Mr. Butch called me after I took my jeep home from the service department waiting for a call from the manager for items on my jeep that they were looking into. A few days later Mr. B called and said I need to pay my bill. Wasn't sure how I escaped without paying. What the heck? He said I need to pay all they did thus far....I had no paperwork on they did anything yet. Just my keys with a note....customer owes nothing at this time. MR. B said they did oil change as an example. But. No oil change sticker and the reset wasn't done on engine oil life. He threaten to send me to collections. Huh? No billing, no receipt and all the people I was dealing with disappeared. I have never not paid a bill so I was confused. He didn't show any empathy or want to solve my issue. I paid the bill after several calls from him. Did a survey on line. Requested him to call me. Nothing thus far. I will have to go somewhere else. Still don't know when I'm supposed to get my oil changed.

Service department is a joke! Send you off with a service report, everything Great and all items checked off stating all was CHECKED. First, earlier this year brought our Silverado in for an oil change and multi point inspection. Left with form - all things checked. Less than 48 hours later, while checking something else out, husband checked oil filter compartment as he was in the area. YIKES. A full squirrel nest! BUT..our filter was “checked” and all GOOD! Send a complaint - answer, they were sorry, but short handed! This past week had oil change on our Traverse as we are heading to Florida. Started having problems with a noise when turning. Looked up what it might be wrong. Check Steering fluids. Husband did just that and there was next to NOTHING — ZERO fluid. How can that be if it was checked? What else WASN’T done? We purchased your oil plan for both vehicles. GLAD THEY ARE DONE! Truly thought going to the dealership was the way to go! Guess NOT. Time to find a local garage!

The service here is terrible. - me

The service here is terrible. They are always short-staffed on technicians. It takes weeks to get an appointment. When you finally get your vehicle in for the appointment, it can be several days before someone looks at it. Recently, they had my car for a couple of weeks, saying that the part they needed was held up in Mexico. I went into the office only to find out that the part had arrived a week before. I've had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to address the same issue. The first time they misdiagnosed it, they fixed the wrong issue. The second time, they claimed to fix it, only to find out that the problem still existed the next day. It won't be long before I sell this car and move on from Jeep.

I contacted them while at East Lansing to get a recall fixed for my daughter's car who is in college there. There were accommodating with my tight schedule, their customer service was outstanding and the cherry on top: they washed the jeep. Definitely I would recommend this dealership's service based on my great experience and also what I saw transpired while at the waiting area (which by the way, was very clean and comfortable). Ten stars to you guys.
