My car had a return visit for a check engine light just 5 weeks after a similar issue was fixed, days before a family vacation. Despite the backlog, Lauren got my car in that same day and fixed the next day. She also explained the procedure for seeking reimbursement from Stellantis for a rental, but given the speed of the repair and the courtesy shuttle this wasn't necessary.

I called and Whisper in the service department made the process as easy as possible, got me scheduled and walked me through the whole check in process so I wasn’t lost when I came in. And When my appointment time came I received exceptional service from the gentleman in service as well but I didn’t catch his name. Glad I found a place I can trust here in Michigan!
