I have taken my car to Serra Honda for repairs from the start. I was always given exceptional service. When I moved to a new town I used the local Honda dealership for repairs. After a few scheduled repairs with the new dealership, I remained dissatisfied. So I came back to Serra Honda where I know I will be taken care of right even though it’s an hour drive away.

I have bought Hondas for years because they are so reliable. This week I needed to bring in my 2013 CRV for a "hesitation" at lower speeds, and Honda service fixed it. But not only did they fix it, it was free of charge, because Honda had determined some older vehicles developed this same problem so they provided an automatic extended warranty. All labor and service was covered free! I am so impressed! Their vehicles are great, salesman Jason was so helpful and informative when I purchased the CRV, and their customer service (if any repair should be needed) far exceeds expectations!

The service representative Mike Vang is great to work with. I had my Honda in for repairs covered under warranty. The service manager set me up with a loaner car when a part had to be ordered so that the repairs could be completed after the part arrived. I was very grateful to have a car to use and to get the repair done in a timely manner. While my car was there, service also went ahead and did the oil change and tire rotation so I would not have to come back.
