My car quit on me in the Belle Tire parking lot and they gave me a $10,000 estimate because they said I needed a new engine. I absolutely panicked and had my car towed to Campbell Ford; the best idea I could have possibly had! Gene called me back so quickly and let me know that my engine was actually fine, but there was a part that needed to be replaced. Under warranty but I had a deductible of $100. I can’t express how happy I am with the quality of service and the kindness of absolutely every person I dealt with at Campbell Ford. Even my insurance gal says they are the best!!

8/29/24 - Another 5 stars if I could give the service center 10. We were in a pinch and the service centers near our house were backed up for a few weeks. Spirit Ford was able to fit us and solve our issue. Sam Witte is a rock star! I would highly recommend their service department. The transmission gave out on my truck on the freeway near Dundee about 30 miles from our home. Sam Witte was our service rep and he was incredibly responsive, helpful and empathetic during this challenging and frustrating time. They completed the work before we expected and Sam worked with Ford Customer Service to help offset my out of pocket cost. Thank you Spirit Ford and Sam!
