One of the most pleasant and effortless experiences I've had buying a car in 50 years. Rudy is candid, credible, customer focused, flexible, resourceful, and thoughtful. He and his management team made the entire process as simple, straightforward, and fast as possible. I've only had the CX-5 a few days, but I'm very pleased with it thus far. Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending. In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever gotten in the automotive industry. We had our Mazda 3 towed in for engine problems for them to tell us the last people who did the oil change messed it up due to improper installation of the oil filter and the engine was shot. THEY did the last oil change and refused to do anything about it. We asked for the oil filter serial number (we suspect the old filter was put on instead of a new one) to prove it was from prior to the oil change done at their service department, and a few weeks later they called to tell us they did another oil change to see if it would help, never giving us the serial number or the part we asked for. From the other reviews on here I see I am not the first to have engine problems due to negligence of a proper oil change. Needing my car I was forced to pay for a new engine myself, but I will be taking this up with the attorney general.

My cousin bought a brand new Mazda a month ago. The car is an absolute lemon. Currently it is been worked at the dealership for three weeks and she is driving a rental. We have tried to get a new car from the dealer but they have been absolutely unresponsive.
