Outstanding service and professionalism! I purchased a used F-150 from them and would do it again tomorrow and/or take my mother there to do business with them. Their founder has an impressive display about his values -- integrity, honesty and hard work -- and each person I encountered modelled these along with great people skills! Corey is a quintessential honest salesman, a veteran of our military and very personable and real individual. The support team worked with me on price, on a missing key and fob, and made the paperwork smooth and thorough. This dealer has won my loyalty!

Let me preface by saying that I did NOT buy a Mazda. But, I had the best experience at Lafontaine Mazda in Livonia. The sales manager Keith, who was great himself, had Vinny Jonna handle my test drive and questions. Vinny was well informed about the vehicle (CX-50) and was very personable. The 50 was awesome, super sharp looking, nice ride and well equipped, it was just a tad smaller than I wanted. Very good experience here and if I'm ever in the market for a Mazda, this is the place to go!

Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending. In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever gotten in the automotive industry. We had our Mazda 3 towed in for engine problems for them to tell us the last people who did the oil change messed it up due to improper installation of the oil filter and the engine was shot. THEY did the last oil change and refused to do anything about it. We asked for the oil filter serial number (we suspect the old filter was put on instead of a new one) to prove it was from prior to the oil change done at their service department, and a few weeks later they called to tell us they did another oil change to see if it would help, never giving us the serial number or the part we asked for. From the other reviews on here I see I am not the first to have engine problems due to negligence of a proper oil change. Needing my car I was forced to pay for a new engine myself, but I will be taking this up with the attorney general.

My cousin bought a brand new Mazda a month ago. The car is an absolute lemon. Currently it is been worked at the dealership for three weeks and she is driving a rental. We have tried to get a new car from the dealer but they have been absolutely unresponsive.
