I visited Shaheen and had a very specific car I wanted in a specific seat arrangement. Griffin was patient and focused on us the entire time. He drove to another location to try to find the car for us and ended up negotiating a dealer trade on my behalf. Griffin also helped us through the process of getting the cloth seats turned into leather. Unfortuantely, my car got damaged in transit but Griffin and team went above and beyond to get it fixed with as little inconvience to me as possible. The damage was obviously not an ideal scenario and it was frustrating for all involved, but it's in scenairos like that when you actually get to see how customer focused people are, and the Shaheen team delivered on that front.

I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!

Dan Kuchek WENT THE EXTRA MILE. Spent one day texting and conversing and finding a great lender! Then, on his day off, came in, finalized the deal. Step by step, making it happen. Then moments from key exchange... oops. Wrong VIN. He corrected everything, kept smiling and laughing with me through it all. I felt worse for him on his day off. Still, hung in there, closed the deal, and even got me gas. OF COURSE I WOULD CONSIDER SCHAFER FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE!

Our experience was great -- virtually all because we had a great salesperson. Drew Laczynski went above and beyond to get us a great car and great deal. We had a somewhat unusual process that took hours (not the fault of the dealership). Drew honestly evaluated the cars we were considering (vs. just pushing whatever he thought we'd be talked into buying), worked with associated dealerships on our behalf, and actually had our best interests in mind. I can honestly say that I've never had a better salesperson to work with.
