I purchased from out of state and since I was a few hour drive away, Dave went above and beyond and took the vehicle to a mechanic to get a pre-purchase inspection that I set up on the side. When I came in the next day, Joe had all the finance stuff ready for me that we talked on the phone about previously. They were both great to work with and made it a very smooth process.

I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!
