Went in for new brakes and tires. Was originally told it would take approximately 6 hours. I did not have a set time so was fine with it. Received an update 2 minutes before the original time of service appointment that it would not be ready until 6:00PM. Having issues with timeliness in the past I arrived at 6:03PM to find that the service department was closed. No one at any point told me that they would be closing and to be there early to get my car. When I arrived home I reviewed the bill and my car to find that they did the lower brand of tires from what we originally agreed upon for the same price. Have used this dealership many times for service in the past but will no long continue to do so.

Hi All - Just thought I’d share my 10 years’ experience with the service department at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 in Brockton. I’ve been having my car serviced there for as long as I’ve owned my car and the service has always been honest, fair, respectful and reliable. I have never had to go back after getting my car serviced. They do it right the first time, every time. They service any and all vehicle makes and models. Just giving them the recognition they deserve. Finding a service center you can trust is rare. That’s why I’m sharing my experience with all of you!

Called service dept because check engine and 4WD - BK
Called service dept because check engine and 4WD malfunction. Was told I could drop off my car for a couple of days and they would take a look at it. I said not an option and they said I could rent a car for a couple days at their dealership. My response was can’t you offer anything better. She sent my call to the service coordinator but instead I had to leave a message. That was five weeks ago. Little did they know we were also going to look at the RAV4s. After this treatment with service we have decided not to purchase through this dealership. Btw. This was the first time in seven years of having our car that we reached out for any malfunction request. Shame on you Koch. Very poor customer service. Also having not heard from Koch after the first day we contacted meineke who offered to run a diagnostic test at no charge and found this to be a fluke issue.
