Mike S had a temper tantrum and refused to release my car to me because I showed up about 2 minutes after closing. A salesman brought me into the service department to see if they were still there so I could get my car. Things happen and I was late. I was understanding and appreciative of the help from the salesman and told him I would understand if I couldn’t get it. He went and asked Mike for help and Mike was screaming so loudly out back that I heard every word. It could have gone smoothly but clearly Mike had had a terrible day. Or week. Or year. Or life…that led to him loosing it and screaming like a crazy person that he wouldn’t help me because he was done and he doesn’t get overtime. Stay classy, Mike! Looking forward to having my vehicle serviced anywhere else but here.

Went in for new brakes and tires. Was originally told it would take approximately 6 hours. I did not have a set time so was fine with it. Received an update 2 minutes before the original time of service appointment that it would not be ready until 6:00PM. Having issues with timeliness in the past I arrived at 6:03PM to find that the service department was closed. No one at any point told me that they would be closing and to be there early to get my car. When I arrived home I reviewed the bill and my car to find that they did the lower brand of tires from what we originally agreed upon for the same price. Have used this dealership many times for service in the past but will no long continue to do so.

Fantastic dealership! I now own my second Ram 1500 Limited and love it. A while back I had a significant at fault accident and damaged the left front of the truck. This became a costly and difficult repair. Matthew in the body shop always kept me informed along the way. The time it took to complete the repair was quite long. This was no fault of Priority as they are experiencing supply chain issues. I assured them that as long as I was kept aware of the progress I was not going to be unhappy with them. They were very concerned that I know they are working diligently to make it factory new. I could not be happier. It looks and drives like day one! I will be a lifetime customer and actually drive past a Ram dealer to shop from them!

Hi All - Just thought I’d share my 10 years’ experience with the service department at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 in Brockton. I’ve been having my car serviced there for as long as I’ve owned my car and the service has always been honest, fair, respectful and reliable. I have never had to go back after getting my car serviced. They do it right the first time, every time. They service any and all vehicle makes and models.
