I’ve bought two cars from Ussa since August. Due to changes in my job and no longer working from home an EV was not a good option for me, I traded in my RZ for an RX. I texted Ussa and he lined up a beautiful replacement for me. I’m so happy with my new car and although I had to take a hit, the dealership was fair. He went to bat for me.

I can't begin to rave enough about the customer care and service from this dealership. Michael Olsen has been unbelievable with me in every aspect of handling the service for my 2024 Lexus 500h. He is respectful and eager to handle any issue I have either big or small, he will text me to keep me updated on length of time or any parts ordered. I never wait long and always receive my vehicle back in perfect condition. He is an absolute asset to this Lexus dealership and he is the reason i will continue to drive out of my way to go to Lexus of Northborough for service and a future vehicle.
