An excellent experience from start to finish! I contacted the Service Department re: 2 recalls on my vehicle. I was very pleased that they could set me up with an appointment 2 days later. They provided ongoing contact with me regarding timeline and results. They also contacted me re: a sugested replacement on a battery terminal which I knew needed replacement. Everything was handled professionaly and promptly and I picked up my vehicle 6 hours after dropping it off!! Thank You

Very fair original lease then purchase. This dealership is a long way from my residence, but it is well worth the drive. On two occasions I went for diagnosis of engine light, knowing that I would have to come back again for the repair. However, on both days I was offered an immediate repair and did not have to return. Staff and facilities are second to none.

Wow! What an amazing experience! The team at Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge are the absolute best! I cannot say enough good things about Dan in Service and Gary in the collision center! When all my local dealerships (2-1/2 hrs away) said no to helping me with my JL Corrosion warranty issue, Planet said yes!! It was more than worth the 5 hr round trip to have them fix my Jeep. They replaced all 4 doors, hood, tailgate AND windshield frame. It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor and it only took 8 days!! Thank you Dan. Thank you Gary. Fantastic dealership! I now own my second Ram 1500 Limited and love it. A while back I had a significant at fault accident and damaged the left front of the truck. This became a costly and difficult repair. Matthew in the body shop always kept me informed along the way. The time it took to complete the repair was quite long. This was no fault of Priority as they are experiencing supply chain issues. I assured them that as long as I was kept aware of the progress I was not going to be unhappy with them. They were very concerned that I know they are working diligently to make it factory new. I could not be happier. It looks and drives like day one! I will be a lifetime customer and actually drive past a Ram dealer to shop from them!
