Staff is friendly and helpful. They offer refreshments like hot chocolate (10/10 would recommend), have plenty of seating for waiting customers and would go above and beyond to help you find a car that would work with your wants and needs.

I dropped my jeep off to get fixed after taking it to another dealership twice and them giving it back to me saying they couldn't recreate it so there was nothing they could do. Peter in the service department went above and beyond to take time looking into the problem, running tests, believing that what I was saying was true and coming up with a solution, I feel confident now with all the tests he did. He kept me updated, was very friendly and demonstrated wonderful customer service. He made the experience great considering how frustrated I was for many months before.

So many people tell me to use other mechanics that they use, however, those mechanics make me buy the products needed or necessary to fix the problems and they don’t answer the phone calls I make to them. O’Hara has always been available and made appointments for me sometimes immediately when a mechanic was available. They told me approximately how long it would take to get the parts needed and how much it would cost me initially. They have a great waiting room with free coffee and snacks and clean and sanitary furniture to relax in. All of their personnel are helpful and caring especially Christine.

Wow! What an amazing experience! The team at Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge are the absolute best! I cannot say enough good things about Dan in Service and Gary in the collision center! When all my local dealerships (2-1/2 hrs away) said no to helping me with my JL Corrosion warranty issue, Planet said yes!! It was more than worth the 5 hr round trip to have them fix my Jeep. They replaced all 4 doors, hood, tailgate AND windshield frame. It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor and it only took 8 days!! Thank you Dan. Thank you Gary. This is the best Jeep dealership in Massachusetts. The moment you walk in they treat you like you are a family member. My family has either purchased/leased a number of Jeeps from them. There is no hassling about the price because it is always the best. Don’t waste your time or money at other places. Jamar Dodson is the best salesperson and Adam Silver is a fabulous General Manager. You will never feel pressured or taken advantage.

Fantastic dealership! I now own my second Ram 1500 Limited and love it. A while back I had a significant at fault accident and damaged the left front of the truck. This became a costly and difficult repair. Matthew in the body shop always kept me informed along the way. The time it took to complete the repair was quite long. This was no fault of Priority as they are experiencing supply chain issues. I assured them that as long as I was kept aware of the progress I was not going to be unhappy with them. They were very concerned that I know they are working diligently to make it factory new. I could not be happier. It looks and drives like day one! I will be a lifetime customer and actually drive past a Ram dealer to shop from them!
